Mailing Requirements in conjunction with the Greater Boston PCC is here to help you transition from CAPS to EPS.
Registration is required
What you will need to bring with you.
- All EPS customers must have a Business Customer Gateway (BCG) account setup
- Business Service Administrator (BSA) for the BCG account must be present
- Must have a mobile device with you to access your email with invitation code.
- Need your CRID number(s)
- Need your account numbers
- Must have your CAPS account number and CAPS pin number
- List of all of your accounts that are linked to CAPS
- If you are doing a debit account you will need to have your banking information with you – Account number and Routing number
EPS is effective April 1, 2019...you need to transition.

Mrs. McClure began her USPS career in 2005 as a letter carrier in Boston, MA. She has worked in Supervisor roles in the IMC, Brookline and Watertown. Julianna started in the BMEU in December of 2006 as the Mailing Standard Specialist and currently is the Supervisor of the Worcester BMEU.
